Congratulations to Audrey F, Lindsay G, and Scarlett R!

These Austin artists have winning entries in the 2017 DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management Art calendar.

First graders learned the importance of water conservation and keeping water clean to help our animals, community and world. They also understand what a watershed is and how the Department helps clean the water we drink and use in our homes.

Calendar contest winners were recognized at a special awards ceremony on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at the Manual J. Maloof Auditorium. They also received 10 copies of the calendar to share with family and friends.
