Second grade teachers are using science experiments to make the properties of matter come to life! The students lined up outside and made guesses of what would occur when combining Mentos and Diet Coke. Ms. Christenson quickly poured the ingredients together and the kids yelled in excitement as it exploded out of the bottle. They won't forget this change from a liquid to a gas!
